Data you send us by e-mail (name, e-mail, date, number of people) is used solely to reply to your inquiry and organise your excursion or transfer. We do not sell it or share it with third parties unless required by law.

The form on this site does not send data to our server – it opens your e-mail app and you send the message yourself.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr). Send requests to speedboatspalato@gmail.com.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. We only store two technical settings in your browser's local storage: ml-cookie (cookie notice closed) and ml-seen (loading animation already shown, until the browser is closed).

Third parties

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which see your IP address.
